Your site is yours, not a rental
It's common for a website to be billed monthly and, the day you stop paying, it disappears. Here it's a single payment: the domain, hosting and accounts are registered in your practice's name. If you ever switch providers, you take everything with you.
If you'd rather have someone look after it, maintenance is optional: $500 MXN a month, with content changes and a monthly traffic report. Cancel whenever you want and the site is still yours.
